Please find below the “important bits” you need to know before we get started.
How it works
- Step 1: Comprehensive Sleep Questionnaire: You will complete the Comprehensive Sleep Questionnaire. I will create your Customised Sleep Plan based on the information you provide in the questionnaire. Please note that this needs to be completed at least 48 hours before our Consultation as I will use the information to create the Customised Sleep Plan.
- Step 2: Private 1:1 Consultation via Zoom or Watsapp call: We meet for a 90 minute Sleep Consultation for an in depth review of your Customised Sleep Plan. The Sleep Plan will be sent to you via email after the consultation.
- Step 3: Personalised 1:1 Support: The program includes two weeks of Personalised 1:1 Support. Including four scheduled 15 minute calls and unlimited email/text support. You will be provided access to my diary in order for you to book all support calls. All emails/text will be responded to promptly within 24 business/office hours.
- Step 4: Sleep Log: You will be supplied with a Sleep Log, which is to be filled in daily. This log is used to track changes in your child’s sleep habit and patterns. I will personally check the log daily, please feel free to leave any comments or questions within the log.
- Total investment: €345
Additional Tools for Success:
- First Week of Training: In the first week of Sleep Training, you will be contacted via WhatsApp/SMS every morning. This is to ensure you are on the right track and ready to embark on naps or bedtime in the right frame of mind. The aim of week one is to help you build your confidence and sleep knowledge.
- Second Week of Training: The Second Week (and subsequent weeks if applicable), I will check in with you periodically, every 2 or 3 days. By week two your baby’s sleep should be improving and your confidence should be building.
- Completing the sleep log is a critical element of this sleep program. The Sleep Log allows me to gather much-needed data on your little one’s sleep which will help me detect patterns and make changes where needed.
- If I don’t hear from you for a period of time, or if you miss a pre-arranged call, I will assume that all is going well and no support is required.

- Office Hours: Monday 9am – 5pm; Tuesday 9am – 5pm, Wednesday 9am – 1pm, Thursday 9am – 5pm; Friday 9am – 5pm; Saturday 8am – 10am.

- Client agrees to follow safe sleeping practices in line with SIDS recommendations.
- My services are not medical advice. The advice you receive from me is for informational purposes only and is intended for use with common early childhood sleep issues that are wholly unrelated to medical conditions. My advice is NOT intended to be a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Always seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified health practitioner regarding any matters that may require medical attention or diagnosis, and before following the advice and using the techniques described in The Sleep Sense Program. Reliance on any information provided by Joanne Lozman is solely at your own risk.
- Client agrees to disclose any medical condition to Joanne Lozman at the beginning and throughout the Sleep Program.
Payment & Cancellations
- Payment of the invoice is due 48 hours prior to the scheduled Private 1:1 Consultation. If the invoice hasn’t been paid timely your Customised Sleep Plan will not be written and your Private 1:1 Consultation with be rescheduled for a later date.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to scheduled Private 1:1 Consultation date will only be refunded 50% of the fee.
- Refunds will not be given once a consultation has taken place and a Personalised Sleep Plan has been created.
- If the client chooses to delay beginning the plan after the Private 1:1 Consultation and Sleep Plan creation, no refunds will be provided.
- If the client chooses to begin the Sleep Plan one month or more after the plan has been created, a mandatory re-evaluation and possible amendments of the Sleep Plan may be necessary, there will be additional fees for this process.
Miscellaneous
- I understand that my Customised Sleep Plan is meant for the child in which the questionnaire was completed. It should not be shared with a third party as a sleep plan for another child not addressed in the questionnaire.
- Joanne Lozman does not make any representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding consulting services provided. Joanne Lozman’s liability (if any) is limited to the consulting fee paid by you to Joanne Lozman , and in no event will Joanne Lozman be liable to you for any other claim, losses or damages.
- The level of success for your child to be sleeping successfully is significantly enhanced by following the recommended sleep solutions constructed for your child. Not following the Customised Sleep Plan, or only selecting components of the plan, will reduce the likelihood that your child will be success in the Sleep Program.
- It is crucial to the success of the program that all family members and “family helpers” involved with care taking responsibilities follow the customised Sleep Plan. Consistency with implementation of the Sleep Plan is critical to the success of the program.
